Return & Refund Policy

We want you and your dog to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return window
You have 60 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return.

Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unopened, in its original packaging and in resalable condition. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened bottles cannot be returned unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect. You'll also need your order number or proof of purchase.

How to start a return
Email us at support@shophealthy-dogz.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Please wait for our confirmation and return instructions before sending anything back — items returned without a prior request cannot be accepted. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except where the item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

Damaged, faulty, or wrong items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 14 days with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you in full at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items
Gift cards and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.

European Union – 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification. The item must still be unused, unopened and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, we'll refund your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still haven't received it, contact us at support@shophealthy-dogz.com.
